There are ...Haven't seen any of these choices. There are many that I could name. Cormac McCathy's No Country For Old Men, Paul Gallico's The Poseidon Adventure (the first movie), and James Dickey's Deliverance are a few that immediately come to mind. I also liked the most recent version of The Great Gatsby--the one with Leonardo Dicaprio and the book was excellent.

Arlee Bird
Tossing It Out
Arlee Birdhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11663942782929929334noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-907465203795782497.post-55768205801695490362015-11-01T04:31:27.367-08:002015-11-01T04:31:27.367-08:00Yeah, I didn't enjoy the movie version of My S...Yeah, I didn't enjoy the movie version of My Sister's Keeper as much as I enjoyed the book. I thought maybe it was because I knew where the story was going? But it's possible, as you said, that it was just way too predictable. I read only half of The Fault in Our Stars before I saw the movie and that was an interesting experience. I had the fun experience of seeing a book I loved made into a movie but I had no idea how it would end!Stephanie Farishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10461865229341760836noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-907465203795782497.post-78084884981117319802015-10-30T09:05:20.855-07:002015-10-30T09:05:20.855-07:00Hopping through.
