Q: Activity! Who do you want to be? If you could choose any character from a book. What do you think that character looks like and what do you have in common?
A: I'd love to be Anna Fitzgerald from My Sister's Keeper! As weird as I might be sounding right now, this is one of my favorite books. I think Anna has dark hair and blue eyes. She is a brave person for standing up for what she believes in. Like Anna, I've had multiple surgeries. I had cancer, and in February 2012, I had 3 surgeries for it.
She is a great choice - what a hard thing to do. And you, how scary to have three surgeries in one month. I hope you're feeling better ! :)

I've only seen the film version of My Sister's Keeper, and, since I'm not a fan of "cancer stories", I didn't get around to the book. It's great that you can identify with her so much, though.
